King George's Pardon of "Scooter"

Just like with him and Cheney defying Congressional subpoenas, these two megalomaniacs feel they are above the judgments and recommendations of others in all other branches of government-- And, in both cases their actions are motivated by the need to save their own as-ses from the truth being found out. Anyone who doesn't KNOW it was Cheney and Bush who outed Plame, thereby committing treason, and that Libby was chosen to take the fall, with the promise of pardon or commutation in the mix, is naive and blind beyond all hope.
Why this is almost enough to make Congress act like they are vertebrates!!
