On the Miltown

*** When I heard of the possible brain cancer threat posed by cellphones I immediately called all my friends'cells to tell them.

*** You know when you a have your car in a car wash and the brushes start moving along the side---do you slam on the brake because you think the car's moving?

*** Speaking of which, the drivers in Miami are so rude, one of 'em tried to pass me in the car wash.

***The American Film Institute has announced its newest special for the fall, "The AFI'S Top 100 Fade-Outs"

*** After two days in Brooklyn, "Escape from New York" has rapidly become my favorite picture.

*** I went to the Empire State Building and was amazed to see that giant gorilla chalk outline still on the street.

*** It's been reported that the show "Regis and Kelli" is te most requested TV show in hospices because it makes the prospect of death feel much more welcome.

*** They say that if you stand at the corner of 42nd Street and Broadway long enough you'll meet everyone you ever knew in your life. So far nothing, but I'll be here 4 more days. I did meet a very attractive young lady who must have been a travel agent because she offered me a trip around the world!

*** The sign on the back of the chair in front of me on the plane said "Fasten Your Seatbelt While Seated".-- and all these years I've been doing it while standing.

*** I wouldn't say "Step Brothers" is a lousy film, but I heard people were walking out during the previews!!
