President Bush will have a colonoscopy Saturday and temporarily hand presidential powers to Vice President Dick Cheney, the White House said.

Okay, a couple of things (actually a coupla thousand would be a breeze!):
Besides the fact that Bush is having an exploratiory brain exam, Cheney will TEMPORARILY hold presidential powers?? LOL--RLMAO-UIMPL (Urinated in my pants laughing!)
